Finished goods may still need strict quality review, quantity checks, packaging review, or pre-shipment confirmation.
Orders from different suppliers may need warehouse receiving, short-term storage, repacking, or consolidation.
Labels, cartons, packing lists, delivery notes, and shipment requirements may need supplier follow-up.
Loading mistakes, damaged cartons, missing goods, or poor coordination can create avoidable shipment issues.
Warehouse, supplier, forwarder, and buyer communication must stay aligned before goods move.

An agreed basic check can cover carton quantity, carton condition, visible product or packaging mismatch, and obvious external damage. It does not replace functional testing, laboratory testing, or a formal product inspection unless those services are separately arranged.

To prepare a quotation, we review supplier delivery count, product category, carton quantity, weight and CBM, checking and reporting scope, storage time, repacking or labeling needs, consolidation plan, loading requirements, and shipment method. Minimum and third-party charges are clarified before work begins.
There is no single charging basis for every project. The quotation can separate receiving and handling, agreed inspection or QC, storage, repacking, consolidation, loading support, documentation, and any applicable minimum charge. The basis may vary by delivery batch, checking scope and quantity, storage time and space, and shipment plan. We confirm the included work, exclusions, and charging basis in writing before work starts.
